Returns and exchanges

Footwear Plus will make every effort to make your return or exchange as easy as possible.

Follow these easy steps to ensure a trouble free return:

1. Do not wear your products outside or on any surface that will scar or damage the product. Wear shoes on the carpet until you are sure of fit. If the bottoms are scuffed, dirty or oily we can’t take them back.
2. Try them on as soon as you receive them. Returns can only be accepted for 30 days after you receive them.
3. Ship items back in their original packaging. Do not apply tape to the shoe box itself or attach labels to it.
4. Include a copy of your receipt with the return shipment.
5. We will issue a credit for new unworn items back to the original payment methods. We are unable to make cash refunds.
6. Items purchased online may be returned to the store for a refund assuming the above criteria have been met, an exchange for the same criteria, or store credit.
